TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Roctexo Aerospace AB reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Roctexo Aerospace AB will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Roctexo Aerospace AB reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Roctexo Aerospace AB become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Roctexo Aerospace AB in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. Roctexo Aerospace AB undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Roctexo Aerospace AB cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, Roctexo Aerospace AB must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Swedish law.
  8. Roctexo Aerospace AB products are marketed as being suitable for aviation use. However, it is always the installers responsibility to determine suitablility and eligibility of a product for a certain application. Roctexo Aerospace AB employees are not certified aircraft engineers, and any advice or recommendations given by us must be validated by a qualified aircraft maintenance personnel before installation in aircraft.
  9. When using a debit or a credit card as a payment method, Roctexo Aerospace AB will authorize the purchase amount at the time of order, and capture the payment at the time of shipping. Roctexo Aerospace AB's payment processor is Adyen N.V. Payment processing is initated by Roctexo Aerospace AB directly without any intermediaries or representatives.
  10. Roctexo Aerospace AB always ships product from its own warehouse in Värnamo, Sweden. 

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Roctexo Aerospace AB stores customer related data on its own servers only, which are located in Värnamo, Sweden. We store customer data only for the purpose of processing customer orders. Roctexo Aerospace AB will never share, sell or otherwise make customer data available to any third party, except where required by law.
  2. Cookies are used on our website to enhance the user experience. Cookies are also used to track user activity on our website. Only anonymous data is sent to external parties for further analytic processing.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  1. Due to the very extensive range of products supplied, delivery time will vary from immediate delivery up to a delivery time of weeks or months, sometimes even years. Many aircraft part manufacturer's have been very negatively affected by recent happenings (pandemic, war, tariffs). Roctexo Aerospace AB will always make every attempt to supply product in a timely manner, and will communicate any unforseen delays with the customer on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Aircraft Parts often comes with re-export restrictions and are sometimes classified as dual-use product. Such parts may or may not be able to ship to a given country. Roctexo Aerospace AB will always adhere to supply restrictions imposed by Swedish, European and U.S. government. Where no restrictions apply, Roctexo Aerospace AB will ship worldwide.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Private individuals may return products for a refund according to EU distance selling regulations. This does not apply to product which have either been specially ordered for a customer, or a product which has been cut or modified according to customer specification.
  2. A customer must notify Roctexo Aerospace AB before returning a product for refund, in order to confirm its eligibility for a refund.
  3. A customer will return a product either by sending it back to the Roctexo Aerospace AB warehouse in Värnamo, Sweden or by returning it in person.
