Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases made from Roctexo Aerospace AB through www.roctexo.com.
Standard Return Policy
- Return window: 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
- Accepted reason: eligible consumer returns are accepted for any reason, including buyer's remorse.
- Accepted condition: returned goods must be unused, complete, and in a condition suitable for resale. Original packaging should be included when reasonably possible.
- Return method: contact us before sending goods back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Return fees: for eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Restocking fee: no restocking fee applies to eligible consumer returns under the statutory right of withdrawal.
- Refund processing time: refunds are processed without undue delay and normally within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back.
- Refund method: refunds are normally made to the same payment method used for the original order.
- Exchanges: we do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need another product, please place a new order or contact us for assistance.
How To Start a Return
- Email info@roctexo.com within the return window.
- Include your order number, product part number, quantity, and reason for contacting us.
- Wait for our return confirmation before shipping the goods back.
- Ship approved returns to: Roctexo Aerospace AB, Malmovagen 12, 331 42 Varnamo, Sweden.
Non-returnable Products and Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned. This includes:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- materials cut to size, cut to length, modified, assembled, or otherwise prepared according to the customer's instructions;
- special-order products procured specifically for the customer and marked or confirmed as non-returnable before purchase;
- products that have been installed, used, damaged, contaminated, or are missing parts, certificates, labels, packaging, or documentation required for resale;
- hazardous, regulated, or shelf-life limited materials where return shipment, storage, condition, or resale is not legally or practically possible.
Business-to-business purchases are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal. Returns from business customers are accepted only after written approval from Roctexo Aerospace AB.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If goods are defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Where required by law, we will repair, replace, refund, or otherwise remedy the issue and will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect goods.
