TotalEnergies AERO DM 15W-50 is an ashless dispersant multigrade aviation oil for the lubrication of aircraft piston engines operating in severe conditions. Its 15W-50 multigrade formulation is intended for year-round use across a wide range of operating temperatures.

  • Ashless dispersant multigrade aviation piston-engine oil
  • SAE viscosity grade: 15W-50
  • Contains an anti-wear additive similar to TEXTRON Lycoming LW 16702; no separate addition of that additive is required when using this oil
  • Manufacturer-listed characteristics include dispersancy, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance
  • Manufacturer-listed standards: SAE J1899 and FAA AD 80-04-03 R2
  • Pack format: 1 L drum

Description

Total 15W-50 contains an anti-wear additive similar to TEXTRON Lycoming LW 16702 so it is not neccesary to add this to your oil. This means that the correct proportion of additive is always present without measurement when adding oil to the engine.
