The E25 Timing Indicator is an aircraft maintenance tool designed to establish top dead centre and indicate crankshaft position during engine timing work. It provides a clear visual reference for assessing the relationship between crankshaft position, magneto point opening, camshaft and valve timing.

The unit is intended to attach to the propeller spinner using the supplied mounting bands. Its easy-to-read dial is specified to indicate top dead centre within 0.5°. An 18 mm hardened-aluminium piston stop is included.
