The MS21251-B2S is a clip-locking turnbuckle barrel intended for use in a compatible MS turnbuckle assembly.

Its slotted barrel design accommodates locking clips used to secure the assembly after cable tension has been set and the barrel and terminal slots are aligned. The clip-locking arrangement uses two clips rather than lockwire.
