The MS21042-L08 is an all-metal hex stop nut for 8-32 threaded fasteners. Its compact MS21042 configuration is shorter than an AN363 nut while developing the same tensile strength.

This L-series version features a dark-grey dry-film lubricant. The all-metal stop-nut design is intended for installations where elevated-temperature capability is required, with stated suitability for temperatures up to 450°F.
