Randolph Products Continental Gold engine enamel is a fast-dry coating supplied in a one US gallon container. Manufacturer part number: 24-D5973-4.

Formulated for heat resistance with good gloss and colour retention, it is intended for refinishing engine crankcases and cylinders following major overhaul or during general maintenance. The supplied product information also identifies use on engine mounts and supports.

  • Colour: Continental Gold
  • Service temperature stated by the source: 300–350 °F
  • Application: spray two coats, allowing the coating to become touch-dry between coats
  • Reduction guidance: thin to spray viscosity with Randolph #257 Enamel Thinner; approximately 20% reduction is stated
  • Finish note: the coating may initially appear silver, developing a gold tint as it dries in the light
