The AN970-7 is a flat washer manufactured from carbon steel with a cadmium-plated finish. Its wide outside diameter provides a greater bearing area than a standard AN960 washer.
Suitable for use where a broad load-distribution surface is required, including wooden structures under the bolt head and nut to help reduce surface crushing. Installation and suitability should be confirmed against the applicable approved maintenance data.
