The MS21044N10 elastic stop nut is a cadmium-plated, regular-height AN365-series self-locking nut with a 5/8-18 thread.

Its fibre insert provides frictional locking on the mating bolt thread to help retain the nut in service. The AN365 designation supersedes MS21044.
