The MS21083N12 elastic stop nut is a low-profile, thin-pattern fastening nut with manufacturer part number 15498-1. It is specified with a 3/4-16 thread and cadmium-plated finish.

A fibre insert provides friction grip on the bolt threads to help maintain secure retention. The thin AN364-series configuration is intended for structural applications where the fastener is loaded primarily in shear, or where the tensile strength of a regular-height stop nut is not required.
