The Eaton AE446-4 is a high-pressure PTFE hose with an integral silicone firesleeve, intended for aerospace fluid-conveyance installations. Supplied as bulk hose by the foot, it provides a compact protected hose option where the correct hose length and compatible end fittings are determined during assembly.

  • Smooth-bore PTFE inner core with stainless-steel wire-braid reinforcement
  • Integral silicone firesleeve
  • Nominal operating pressure: 3,000 psi (approximately 207 bar)

  • Minimum burst pressure: 16,000 psi (approximately 1,103 bar)
  • Operating temperature range: -54 °C to +232 °C
