AE246-12 belongs to Eaton’s AE246 hose series, which uses a smooth-bore PTFE inner core with stainless-steel wire-braid reinforcement. Eaton identifies the AE246 series for hydraulic-fluid systems at nominal pressures up to 3,000 psi (approximately 207 bar) and states that the series aligns with AS1339 requirements.
