E5A High Voltage Cable Tester - Repaired

The repaired ATS E5A High Voltage Cable Tester is a solid-state maintenance instrument for checking high-voltage aircraft engine ignition cables. It is designed to help maintenance personnel assess cable condition by applying shaped, low-current test pulses intended to resemble magneto output.

Connect the tester leads, initiate the test, and use the test indication to assist in identifying good or defective ignition cables during troubleshooting. The E5A operates automatically from 12 V or 24 V DC systems and is fitted with a safety power indicator and heavy-duty lead wires.
