The repaired SPCT100A Spark Plug Cleaner Tester is a dual-voltage workshop unit for cleaning and evaluating used spark plugs. It combines an abrasive air-cleaning section with a pressurised spark-test function, helping maintenance personnel remove carbon deposits and visually assess spark quality during testing.

The cleaner section uses an air-and-abrasive blast, while the rotating turntable helps maintain the plug angle during cleaning. A recessed observation mirror is provided to view the electrodes while the plug is being tested.
