The Insight Instrument Corporation CHT Adaptor Probe, P/N 2856, is a threaded cylinder head temperature adaptor probe for installations using an original threaded CHT probe.

Designed to fit in the cylinder-head thermowell, the adaptor is internally threaded to allow simultaneous use of the factory-installed threaded CHT probe. It uses a J-type thermocouple with red/white conductors in a black lead.
