The UMA 2-31-R is an electroluminescent (EL) instrument light bezel for nominal 79 mm (3-1/8 in) standard-case aircraft instruments. This version provides red illumination and has no cut-out.

UMA’s solid-state EL bezel lighting is designed to provide uniform illumination around the instrument dial as an alternative to conventional instrument post-lighting. The bezel is installed between the instrument and panel, or between the panel and overlay, and is retained by the instrument mounting screws.
