The Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 199-15600 is a pre-packaged main wheel and brake shipset for general usage. It combines paired Cleveland wheel and brake assemblies for maintenance, replacement and installation planning where the applicable aircraft documentation supports their use.

  • Manufacturer order code: 199-15600
  • Includes two 40-230 main wheel assemblies and two 30-181A main brake assemblies
  • Super heavy-duty 127 mm (5 in) main wheel and brake configuration
  • Non-asbestos organic brake lining
  • Also supplied with two dust shields, six dust-shield screws and a publication package
  • Individual wheel and brake assemblies are identified by the manufacturer as FAA TSO-C26c approved components.

The publication package references installation drawing 50-76 and brake-lining conditioning procedure PRM13A. The 199-15600 number identifies the packaged shipset; use the individual installed assembly part numbers, 40-230 and 30-181A, for installation and maintenance records as applicable.

Installation eligibility and continued airworthiness must be confirmed against the aircraft’s approved data and applicable EASA/FAA airworthiness requirements.
