The Aerocreeper Replacement Caster 4 Heavy Duty is a replacement caster intended for AeroCreeper equipment. It features a nominal 102 mm wheel diameter, a 31.8 mm-wide ball-bearing wheel, and a polyurethane tread.

The wide wheel and larger swivel are designed to improve movement over rough workshop surfaces. The polyurethane tread offers improved resistance to chemicals and is less prone to collecting metal chips and rivets.

  • Stem diameter: 12.7 mm
  • Replacing standard AeroCreeper casters with this 102 mm heavy-duty version increases creeper height by approximately 41 mm.

Please verify the existing caster stem diameter and required installation configuration before purchase. Earlier AeroCreeper models with 9.5 mm stems may require modification of the mounting holes.
