The AVI Survival Products RAF1104-309T1 is a four-person TSO end-pack life raft package supplied with a FAR 135 survival kit and 406 ELT. Designed in a compact soft-pack valise format, it provides an organised emergency flotation and survival equipment solution for aircraft operations requiring this configuration.

The raft uses a single inflatable tube with an internal bulkhead forming two separate chambers. Its design includes a stabilising water-ballast system, water-activated locator light, exterior perimeter lifelines, sea anchor, hand pump, bailing bucket, and an inflation/retaining line. Urethane-coated nylon construction with thermobonded seams and aluminium cylinders and valves supports a compact, corrosion-conscious raft design.
