The AVI Survival Products RAF1104-307T1 is a 4-person Type II end-pack life raft assembly supplied with a FAR 121 survival kit and a 406 ELT. Its compact end-pack format supports stowage where a low-profile packed raft configuration is required.

The raft is described with a single inflatable buoyancy tube incorporating an internal bulkhead to form two buoyancy chambers. The assembly includes a water-ballast system, hand pump, bailing bucket, sea anchor, perimeter lifelines, inflation/retaining line and water-activated locator light.
