The Mountain High E-Z Breathe II Boom Cannula is a headset-mounted oxygen cannula designed for Mountain High XCP portable constant-flow oxygen systems using a flowmeter. It is a non-oxygen-conserving design and is also stated by the manufacturer to suit most constant-flow oxygen systems that use a flowmeter.

The nylon boom arm mounts to a headset using an aluminium ball mount and adhesive pad. The arm swivels and slides for positioning, while an adjustable friction lock helps retain the selected position. When not required, the boom arm can be removed from the headset.
