The Jeppesen PV-5 IFR Enroute Plotter is a pilot navigation accessory for use with enroute IFR charts. It provides selectable nautical-mile distance scales to match the chart scale in use and includes a nautical mile–kilometre conversion scale.

When positioned over a station, the plotter provides a graphical reference for standard right-hand and non-standard left-hand holding turns and entry patterns relative to the planned flight course. It can also be used as a ruler; the 1 inch to 10 nautical mile scale is identified as a convenient reference scale.
