Bruces Heatshield Set for the Cessna 177 Cardinal, manufacturer part number 177-HSS.

This interior reflector set is intended to help reduce cockpit heat build-up during short-term parking. The heatshield material is described as a laminate of metallised polyester film and closed-cell foam, with a thickness of less than approximately 3 mm.

The reflectors can be rolled for storage and are designed to remain sufficiently rigid when laid flat against the windshield, using the aircraft sun visors and window framing for support. Depending on the design, additional attachment items may not be required.
