The Control Saver is a removable aircraft control lock for Piper PA-28 aircraft from 1997 onward. Designed by Airplane Things, Inc., it is intended to secure the flight controls while the aircraft is parked.

The control lock holds the ailerons in the neutral position and the stabilator in the down position. Its prominent “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” marking supports standard pre-flight removal procedures.
