The Propper CWU 27/P Nomex® Flight Suit is a black, one-piece flame-resistant flight suit in size 46 Regular. Manufacturer part number F5115-46-001.

Constructed from a non-melting Nomex® aramid blend of 92% meta aramid, 5% para aramid and 3% conductive fibres, it is designed for demanding aviation and operational wear.

  • Two-way front zipper with cloth pull
  • Six primary pockets with additional accessory pockets
  • Adjustable waist belt and sleeve cuffs with hook-and-loop closures
  • Bi-swing back for improved freedom of movement
  • Reinforced shoulders and felled seams
  • Zippered leg openings for boot access
  • Sewn to military specification YACL-WP PD 99-01 R

Black version; size designation: 46 Regular.
