The Mountain High ALPS-M is a medium-size aviation oxygen facemask configured for constant-flow oxygen systems. Manufacturer part number AMSKM-2000-2.

This ALPS mask version incorporates an electronic ambient noise-cancelling microphone to support in-flight voice communication. Its silicone skirt is designed for comfortable wear without a polyvinyl reservoir bag.
