The Brackett TH-53B is a universal aircraft towbar featuring a telescoping tongue and ball-hitch configuration for easier connection during ground handling.

Finished in orange powder coating, the TH-53B is positioned in the Brackett towbar range between the TH-5 and TR-34 models. It is intended for handling most single-engine aircraft and medium twin-engine aircraft within its stated 3,175 kg maximum ramp-weight limit.
