The Claw® Tiedown Kit is a portable aircraft anchoring system intended for securing an aircraft on suitable ground surfaces. The kit is supplied in a canvas carry bag for transport and storage.

The Claw® anchor design uses a broad footprint to distribute load. According to the supplied product information, the system is designed for use in hard clay, sandy soil and intermediate ground conditions; holding force increases as load is applied.
