ASA Private Pilot Student Flight Record

The ASA Student Flight Record: Private is a four-panel folder for organising and documenting private-pilot student training progress. It is intended for flight instructors and training organisations maintaining an individual training record for each student.

The record provides space for lesson accomplishments, student performance, flight hours, aircraft details, instructor notes and endorsements, stage checks, ground-training records, prior-training credit and solo endorsements. Its layout accounts for Areas of Operation and Tasks in the Airman Certification Standards (ACS), with additional fields for recording further tasks as required.
