The Safety Magneto Lock Tool is a practical aid for magneto installation and timing work. It is designed to fit most Bendix magnetos and to help prevent distributor gear-tooth damage that may result if the engine is accidentally turned while installing the magneto.

The tapered body locks into the magneto timing window. Constructed from polyurethane rubber throughout, the tool may be used when setting E-gap or carrying out engine-timing procedures.
