The General Tools No. 04 Circular Hole Cutter is an adjustable drill-press cutter for producing circular holes approximately 22–102 mm in diameter. It is intended for cutting sheet metal, brass, copper, soft steel, aluminium, plastic, wood and composition materials.

The cutter has a heat-treated tool-steel body with a 9.5 mm round shank. Diameter and depth adjustments are made using the included hex wrench. Use on a drill press only, at a maximum safe speed below 500 rpm.
