The HV-Flex oil filter fluid extractor is a maintenance tool for extracting retained fluid from nominal 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter spin-off oil filters during routine servicing.

Used with a commercial vacuum pump, the tool is designed to draw fluid from within the filter before removal, helping support cleaner oil-filter maintenance procedures.
