The HV-Flex oil filter fluid extractor is a maintenance tool designed to extract retained fluid from 3-inch-diameter spin-on filters during routine filter changes. It is intended to help provide a cleaner fluid-removal process before filter removal.

The tool is suitable for use with oil, diesel fuel and hydraulic-fluid filter service where a compatible spin-on filter and vacuum extraction arrangement are used.
