The Milwaukee M12™ Soldering Iron, manufacturer part number 2488-20, is a cordless soldering tool for mobile maintenance and workshop tasks. Milwaukee designates this version as a tool-only unit.

It reaches operating temperature in under 18 seconds and uses a heat-status indicator to show when the tool has reached operating temperature and when the tip remains hot after switch-off. The three-position pivoting head is designed to improve access in confined working areas.
