The Champion Aerospace CT923 Oil Filter Can Cutter is a workshop tool for opening spin-on oil filters to allow access to the filter element during inspection.

Designed to cut in either direction, the CT923 is supplied as a complete cutter with no parts or adapters to change. Champion states that the cutter uses the same cutter blade as the CT470.
