The Tensitron ACX-500-1 is a handheld digital aircraft cable tension meter designed to verify static tension in aircraft and other stationary cables. It provides a practical digital solution for maintenance personnel performing cable-tension checks during inspection, adjustment and routine maintenance.

This ACX-1 series meter combines a compact, portable format with a backlit digital display and one-handed operation for use in confined maintenance areas. Tensitron states that the ACX series is designed for repeatable cable-tension verification and is supplied with a cable diameter gauge and carrying case.
