The Aircraft Tool Supply SPCT100A is a dual-voltage spark plug cleaner and tester for maintenance workshops. It combines an abrasive air-cleaning section for removing carbon deposits from used spark plugs with a test section featuring a recessed observation mirror to help the operator view the electrodes and assess spark quality during testing.

Designed for 115 V or 220 V AC operation, the unit incorporates thermal-overload protection for repeated workshop use. Recommended compressed-air pressure is 7 to 10 kg/cm².
