Bogert Pressurized Strut Filler

The Bogert Aviation Pressurized Strut Filler is a dedicated maintenance tool for adding hydraulic fluid to oleo-type landing-gear struts. Manufacturer part number: 16M-PSF.

The unit uses a hand pump to move fluid from a clean supply tank into the strut under pressure, while a separate collector tank captures expelled excess fluid. Bogert describes the system as allowing strut fluid servicing with the aircraft remaining on the ground, helping keep the work area cleaner and avoiding the need to manually cycle the strut during the filling process.
