The Aviation Piston Ring Compressor Kit, part number 7500, is an engine-maintenance tool kit designed to support piston ring installation. Its quick-change arrangement uses Hastings Ring-O-Matic® pliers with a precision locking action for controlled band holding and quick release.

The kit includes one set of Ring-O-Matic® pliers and six compressor bands. The bands are stated to operate in different working positions and cover the following approximate piston diameter ranges:

  • 105–114 mm
  • 114–121 mm
  • 121–127 mm
  • 127–133 mm
  • 133–140 mm
  • 140–146 mm

Suitable for maintenance organisations and workshops requiring a complete, selectable-band piston ring compressor kit. Confirm the required piston diameter and maintenance procedure before use.
