The Mittler Bros. 1-1/2 in (38.1 mm) Aircraft Punch & Flare Set is a sheet-metal fabrication tool for producing punched and flared holes in a single operation. It is identified by manufacturer part number 1300-032AC35.

Operation is based on drilling a pilot hole for the 1/2 in (12.7 mm) draw bolt, fitting the tool and tightening the bolt to form the hole and flare. For punching only, the female flare ring may be removed so the punch and die can be used without forming the flare.
