The Nicopress 64-CGMP is a hand swaging tool designed with four grooves for swaging oval sleeves on cable sizes from 1/16 in to 5/32 in.

The C groove may also be used with the No. 871-1-C stop sleeve. Manufacturer part number: 83435-1.

Applicable oval sleeve references include:

  • 1/16 in cable: MS51844-42 and MS51844-22
  • 3/32 in cable: MS51844-43 and MS51844-23
  • 1/8 in cable: MS51844-44 and MS51844-24
  • 5/32 in cable: MS51844-45 and MS51844-25

Confirm the required cable, sleeve and swaging-tool selection against the applicable maintenance data before use.

The 64-CGMP has four grooves and is used for Oval Sleeve in the range of cable sizes from 1/16" through 5/32". The "C" groove is also used for the No. 871-1-C Stop Sleeve.
