The ATS Pro Differential Cylinder Pressure Tester, part number 2E-60, is a large-bore differential pressure tester intended for engine cylinders with bore diameters above 127 mm (5 in).

Its on/off safety valve helps relieve hose pressure before disconnecting from the cylinder. The tester may be used during cylinder condition checks to help identify leakage associated with valves, piston rings, cylinders or bushes.

  • 1.52 mm (0.060 in) calibrated orifice
  • Precision gauges matched within ±2%
  • 18 mm spark-plug adapter
  • Approx. 610 mm (24 in) pressure hose
  • Factory calibrated
  • Supplied with operating instructions

Overview

Comes complete with on-off safety valve to eliminate hose pressure when disconnecting from the cylinder. Can be used to check intake or exhaust valves, cracked or worn rings, defective cylinders, worn bushings, etc.

Specifications: Orifice size is .060". precision gauges matched to within +/-2%. 18MM plug adapter. Includes hose and spark plug adapter. Factory calibrated. Letter of certification available upon request.

Note: For an engine cylinder with 5.00 inch bore and over: 0.060 inch orifice diameter, .250 inch long, and a 60 degree approach angle.
