The Tempest Easy Drain™ AA473 is an oil filter drain tool intended to help control residual oil when removing compatible Tempest oil filters. It clamps around the filter, allowing the filter can to be punctured and drained through the supplied hose before removal.

  • Manufacturer part number: AA473
  • For Tempest oil filters with an approximate 89 mm diameter
  • Butterfly-knob clamp for securing the tool around the filter
  • T-handle puncture mechanism for controlled draining
  • Supplied with 12.7 mm internal-diameter tubing

A practical maintenance-tool addition for reducing oil spills during filter changes. Confirm suitability for the installed filter before use.
