The Noah Flanging 360 Tool is a specialty sheet-metal fabrication tool for progressively forming a 30° flange around lightning holes. Manufacturer part number: FLANGER-360.

Designed for 2024-T3 aluminium sheet up to 0.032 in (0.81 mm) thick and lightning-hole diameters from approximately 51 to 152 mm. The tool is intended as a companion to the ARC-360 lightning-hole cutter.

  • Forms a 30° flange as the tool is rotated around the hole.
  • Polished, hardened-steel rollers are designed to form the flange progressively.
  • Guide rollers maintain positioning relative to the lightning hole during operation.
  • Supplied as one individual tool.
