The Imperial 400-F 37° Rol-Air™ Flaring Tool is a professional tube-working tool for forming 37° flares in steel, stainless steel, titanium and other metal tubing. It is designed for tubing outside diameters of 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 and 5/8 in (approximately 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 16 mm).

Its three-roller flaring cone rolls the flare above the die block, while the burnishing action helps produce a smooth flare face. A positive-stop gauge supports consistent flare sizing, and the yoke extension allows the tool to be clamped in a vice for additional stability during use.
