The ACS Oil Can Cutter is a workshop tool for cutting open cylindrical oil filter cans for inspection.

Overview

This unit has the capacity of both P/N AFC-470 & 12-21395. It also uses the same replacement blade as the 12-21395. Anodized "Red" for corrosion resistance. Base can be clamped in a bench vise if desired.

Note: Works with Filter Diameters between 2-5/8" to 5".
