The FC-2000 Oil Filter Can Cutter is a purpose-built maintenance tool for opening selected aviation engine oil filters for inspection. Its design centres on the filter quickly, with no change parts required, and allows cutting in either direction.

  • Suitable for Champion, Tempest and Kelly Aerospace oil filters with an approximately 94 mm diameter
  • Also listed for Champion RB-C308 filters used on Rotax 912/914 engines

Cuts all Champion® and Tempest® 3.7 diameter filters. Rugged 6061-T6 aluminum construction. Roller bearings provide smooth rolling action. Hardened hardware throughout. No parts to change and it can cut in either direction. There is a clearance hole for filters with a stud. Made in USA. Lifetime Warranty.
