The 37 Degree Double Lap Flaring Kit, manufacturer part number 53-256-FK, is a portable 37° tubing flaring kit for producing double-lap and single-lap flares in soft copper and aluminium tubing.

The tool is suitable for tubing from 3/16 in to 1/2 in outside diameter. Revolving adapters support quick size changes and serve as a tube-positioning gauge. The tool may be used portably or mounted in a vice, while its sliding handle is intended to provide increased leverage during operation.

  • 37° double-lap flaring capability for 1/4 in, 5/16 in and 3/8 in tubing
  • 37° single-lap flaring capability for 3/16 in and 1/2 in tubing
  • For soft copper and aluminium tubing
  • Includes double-lap flaring tool, four setting gauges, tubing cutter, inner/outer reamer and fitted carrying case
