37 Degree Dbl Lap Flaring Tool

The 37° Double Lap Flaring Tool, manufacturer part number 04-256-F, is designed to form 37° flares in soft copper and aluminium tubing. It supports double-lap, single 37° SAE-standard and oversize flare forming for tubing with outside diameters from 3/16 in to 1/2 in (approximately 4.8 mm to 12.7 mm).

Revolving adapters allow fast size changes and serve as a tube-positioning gauge. The tool can be used portably or mounted in a vice, while its sliding handle is designed to provide increased leverage during flaring operations.
