The Hand Riveting & Dimpling Tool is a bench-mounted manual tool for hand dimpling skins and small parts, and for hand riveting parts, assemblies and spars. Its die-guidance arrangement is designed to maintain alignment between the dies and the work surface for consistent dimpling results.

  • Approx. 508 mm throat depth and 102 mm throat height
  • Foam-filled steel tube arm and heavy-wall aluminium channel base
  • Bronze guide bushings for the shafts
  • Adjustable die-holder block
  • Two heat-treated, centreless-ground stainless-steel driver shafts: one flat-ended shaft for riveting with a rivet gun, and one accepting 4.8 mm shank dimple dies and sets
  • 1.5 in extension shaft for dies
